Apeiron is a modern office building, in which we continuously strive to increase your comfort. We responsibly select new technologies and their suppliers, and the offer of services is just as key for us. One of the things that we consider when evaluating offers is the approach of our suppliers to sustainability and to responsible management.

We are interested in the location, and we try to contribute to its overall prosperity and to bettering its surroundings. Similarly, we also give opportunities to charity organisations that have the opportunity of presenting themselves in our premises.

In 2025, the building received the BREEAM In-Use Very Good certification as an award.

Aside from our standard lease agreements, you also have the option of concluding a green lease.

Tenants of the Apeiron building had the opportunity to try honey extraction themselves
This year, once again, we harvested urban honey from the beehives located on the roof of the Apeiron building. Under the guidance of beekeeper Augustin Uváčik, tenants and passersby had the chance to experience the entire process firsthand – from uncapping the honeycombs to placing them in the extractor and watching the golden honey separate and flow into a container ready for further processing.

Our honey is truly special, as it comes from urban beekeeping – a practice where bees in the city often produce more flavorful and diverse honey thanks to the wide variety of plants found in parks and gardens. In addition to Apeiron, our hives are also located on the rooftops of the Blox, Corso Karlín, and Churchill I buildings in Prague.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the event attracted great interest from people passing by. As a sweet bonus, tenants could take home a jar of ČMN honey.

Right before the summer season, we organised a special event in collaboration with experienced paramedic Jurij Pelypenko, DiS., aimed at refreshing basic first aid knowledge.

Tenants in the lobby of Apeiron building had the opportunity to practice CPR on both adult and infant mannequins, ask questions about real-life situations, and learn how to respond effectively in emergencies such as a bike accident, sudden cardiac arrest, or drowning.

The event also included free blood oxygen saturation testing. Throughout the day, Jurij shared stories from his work as a paramedic and highlighted the importance of being prepared – especially during the summer months.

One Box by Allegro
From April 2025, One Box by Allegro is now available at the entrance to the Apeiron building (access from Pobřežní Street). This handy box allows you to pick up parcels 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, you can conveniently pay on delivery, either directly via the One Box payment terminal or online via a payment gateway.
