The joy of working and eating in Karlín
After the floods in 2002, Karlín rose like a phoenix from the ashes and became the mecca of Prague's gastronomic scene. The many local bistros, cafés, restaurants, pubs and wine bars that can be found in the immediate vicinity of the Apeiron Office Center turn choosing a lunch or business meeting into a joyful activity.

For a coffee, head to the legend of Czech coffee, My Cup of Coffee, or the modern, minimalist The Miners with its excellent bakery. For delicious Irish coffee, try Grounds coffee. And if you're in a hurry, a quick cup to go at Kafe Karlín. Grab something good to go with your coffee at Praktika Bakery.
For a working breakfast or lunch try Etapa, as they say, their main chef is nature and its season. You can also have a great meal at the bistro Against the Current, the innovative Spojka Karlín, the exquisitely flavored Kro or the Mexican Café Frida. For a modern taste of Asia, head to Hong Kong and don't miss the legendary Polévkárna. And if you want to experience the classics of all classics and step back in time, try Minutka.

When you're ready to clear your head after a busy day, head to Two Roosters, where you'll find everyone gradually coming together. Or visit Lokál Hamburk and take "one" to the windowsill. Great Karlín beer is on tap atPivo Karlín. You can also spend a pleasant evening at the Wine List, where you can taste up to 64 samples from special cocktails, or at Veltlin, which focuses on authentic wines.

International Women's Day
As part of International Women's Day, we wanted to thank all the amazing women we have in our area. That's why on Friday, March 8th, we gave out fragrant roses and tulips in our buildings to hopefully bring a little bit of joy, beauty and thanks to the women we gifted.

We hope that whenever the birthday women looked at their flowers, they were reminded of how important and unique they are.
Cup of Christmas cheer
As part of our festive cheer, we invited our tenants to a Christmas hot drink in the week of 27 November. In some buildings for mulled wine, in others for a hot pear. When we planned the Cup of Christmas Cheer event, we had no idea how perfectly we'd hit the week when the first snow blanketed Prague and frost greeted it. We believe that thanks to the beautiful winter weather we made the upcoming Advent more enjoyable for our tenants and thanked them for their loyalty.
